Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about dining with us

Do you source all ingredients locally?

We prioritize local farms, fisheries, and artisans within a 150-mile radius. Seasonal availability and peak quality guide our purchases; when something isn't available regionally, we transparently note alternative sourcing on the menu.

How often does the menu change?

Our menu rotates seasonally and may be updated weekly for market-driven items. Expect new vegetables, small plates and desserts as farmers bring fresh harvests.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We happily adapt many dishes for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and nut-free needs when possible. Please notify your server of allergies or dietary restrictions; we'll outline safe options and modifications.

Do you offer kids' options?

We offer a rotating family-friendly selection crafted from the same seasonal ingredients as our main menu. See the Family & Kids Highlights section for current choices.

What is your farm partnership philosophy?

We build ongoing relationships with a small network of growers and producers, prioritizing regenerative practices, humane animal care and transparent traceability. Our partnerships are rooted in mutual respect and seasonal collaboration.

Do you offer takeout?

Yes. We offer takeout for many menu items; seasonal dishes with delicate plating may be limited. Place orders by phone or through our reservation portal.
